At Bushwackers Salon, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below, please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

As a courtesy to our guests, we send a text and email to confirm the date and time of the service scheduled. Please note, our system sends these reminders automatically. Our guests are responsible for any updates or changes of email or phone number.

 

At Bushwackers, it is very important to us that your time spent with us is dedicated to you. We hold these appointment times just for you and ask that if you must reschedule or cancel any appointment, you please provide us with a 24-hour notice. This allows our service providers to adjust their schedules accordingly so they may be able to accommodate other guests on our waiting list. We do understand there are some unavoidable issues that happen and we will do our best to work with you and your schedule in case of any emergency. If last minute cancellations or “no shows” become habitual, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or request a deposit for any extensive reservation made.

 

We have a cancelation policy to ensure all guests are served in the allotted time they have reserved. Our service providers have a high demand for time. It is unjust to our clients, our service providers and our salon when a Guest “no call, no shows”. We have put these policies in place to respect our clientele and to be able to provide the best possible service to each and every guest, every time! If a guest cancels or does not show for a scheduled appointment 3 times, our system automatically places a block on their profile that will only allow for same day appointments to be scheduled.

Deposits

Some reservations will require a deposit based on time necessary. All deposits will be forfeited if appointments are cancelled or not shown with less than a 24-hour notice. If appointments are canceled or moved outside of the 24-hour window of original appointment, the charge will be kept on file as a credit to be used at a later date. Bushwackers Salon reserves the right to request a deposit for any service.

Product Returns

As a salon, we understand sometimes a product is not the right fit for your style. Not sure about something? Bring it back and we will exchange it for something that best supports your style or hair type. We are confident we have the right product for any head of hair. There is something for everyone!
